Such estimates can be applied to study geometric regularity of singular solutions of complex Monge-Ampere equations. We also prove a uniform diameter estimate for collapsing families of twisted K¨ahler-Einstein metrics on K¨ahler manifolds of nonnegative Kodaira dimensions. Joint with Bin Guo and Jian Song.

They are examples of wall-crossing structures introduced in the last lecture.Lecture 3: I will introduce some recent efforts to study cluster algebras of skew-symmetrizable types and Chekhov and Shapiro's generalized cluster algebras by generalizing previous scattering diagrams.

Speaker: Prof. Bernhard Keller, University of ParisVenue: Room 314, Ouyang Building, Yuquan CampusAbstract:Quasi cluster morphisms were introduced by Chris Fraser (Adv. in Appl. Math. 2016) in his thesis under the supervision of Sergey Fomin. They are certain algebra morphisms between cluster algebras all of whose coefficients are invertible. We propose a categorical lift of this notion. For simplicity, we will first suppose that the given cluster algebra with non invertible coefficients admits a Frobenius categorification. We will show how the passage from the Frobenius category to its derived category lifts the localization at the coefficients and how this framework leads to a simple categorical lift of the notion of quasi cluster morphism. We will then sketch the extension to arbitrary (skewsymmetric) cluster algebras with geometric coefficients based on relative Ginzburg algebras. This last part is based on work by Yilin Wu in his ongoing Ph. D. thesis.

DescriptionTargeting resilience to climate change within seed systems is an area of key investment in contributing to food security in southern Africa, and it presents a variety of challenges and opportunities.In our first free webinar of 2021, University of Leeds researchers Dr Stephen Whitfield and Dr Sarah Chapman will present analysis from work undertaken with the GCRF-AFRICAP programme on characterising current efforts to breed climate resilient crops in southern Africa. They will consider and demonstrate some of the potential applications of climate models in informing breeding priorities and strategies, and discuss some of the principles of pitfalls associated.Following the presentation, discussant Justify Shava (Head of the SADC Plant Genetic Resources Centre) will provide a response from the practitioner’s perspective, situating the GCRF-AFRICAP research within the broader context of African seed systems and climate resilience. The event will close with a Q&A period.This seminar is hosted by the GCRF-AFRICAP programme in partnership with the Global Food and Environment Institute, University of Leeds. Based on the generalized representer theorem, we solve the nonconvex support vector machines in reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces by alternating direction multiplier methods. Next, we use the Kurdyka-Lojasiewicz inequality to prove the global convergence of the iterative solutions given by the nonconvex loss functions. Finally, we show the numerical examples of the simulated data and the real data.
